Story:
Apple Syrup was the eleventh of the new generation to be born and also the last to born by the power of alicorn magic and pure love combined.
Despite being the youngest Apple Syrup is by far the strongest pony of the new generation ever since she was a little foal, and sometimes she used to get in trouble because of the damages caused by her strength. But as she grew up she learned to control it and now the damages are smaller.

She always had a passion for food, both in eating it and cooking it, and she also likes sewing every now and then.
Unlike the other children she didn't attend kindergarten, instead she spent the days learning the Apple family's tradition of apple bucking and also learning fashion with Rarity. Later when she entered primary school she had some difficulty in adapting to the new environment but she learned to fit in in a matter of weeks.

When she learned to cook it became a habit to cook for her family almost every day with Applejack's help, and when she discovered that Agate Quartz also liked to cook she was overjoyed to have a cooking partner, because none of her other friends shared such talent.
Later at age of 15 she started working on new dishes specifically for Agate to try. At first she thought it was just because she was being a good friend and to have his opinion, but then she realized that she was actually falling in love with him. She may be a very honest pony but she couldn't find the strength to tell her feelings. Instead she talked with her best friend, Harmony, about her feelings. As result, Harmony made a plan with Pan to join Agate and Apple Syrup and make them confess to each other, which succeeded and the two have been dating ever since.

At age of 18 Apple Syrup was recommended by Pinkie Pie to Mr. and Mrs. Cake and both were thrilled to have the young pony working at the Sugarcube Corner. So far she has been enjoying her work there and her goal for the future is to earn enough money to build her own restaurant.

Apple Syrup is the only pony of the next generation to have dual toned eyes.
Apple Syrup is almost always eating something, and she never gets out of shape.
Apple Syrup's love for cooking came from watching her Momma, Applejack, cooking for the family. One day at age of 10 she baked cookies with her mother's help and even though they were slightly burned they still tasted heavenly, it was in that moment that she realized how much she loved cooking and received her cutie mark.
Apple Syrup sometimes creates her own pieces of clothes.
She can tell a good lie, however her lies don't last long because she feels bad about lying. The longest one of her lies took was 3 minutes until her conscience began to crush her.
Apple Syrup's best friend is Harmony.
Once in a family reunion Rarity made an extreme makeover to look and act like a farmer so she could relate more to the Apples, but that only scared Apple Syrup and she ran around yelling that an impostor had replaced her Ma.
When she was a kid she'd eat most of the harvested apples during Applejack's apple bucking.
Apple Syrup once entered a eating contest with Agate Quartz and she won the first prize.
The crimson ribbon she uses to tie her hair used to be her favorite baby blanket, given by Rarity and made of one of the finest and smooth silk.
Apple Syrup knows martial arts. Rarity was the one to urge her to learn so she could defend herself.
Apple Syrup has a dog (one of Winona's cubs) named Honey as a pet.
Apple Syrup is the mare with more physical strength from the Next Gen.
When was a little filly she used to involve in mud fights with Agate whenever they hanged out.
Apple Syrup gets extremely upset when someone wastes food.
Apple Syrup knows how to play banjo and guitar thanks to her cousin Bing Cherry's lessons.
She's a good singer just like her mother Rarity, and she sings along with Harmony sometimes.
Apple Syrup can be very persuasive and can easily convince others to do what she wants just with words.
She loves being a country pony but if it's required to behave properly with high class she can do it easily without a struggle.
Apple Syrup is terrible at tossing lasso, she tends to miss the target or get entwined in the rope.
Apple Syrup snores very loud, but denies it whenever someone mentions it.
She can be easily irritated if someone doesn't agree with her on something or speak ill of her cooking skills. But she doesn't jump into a fight, she's only aggressive with words.
