The giant white trillium is Ontario's provincial flower. And in about a month all our local woods will carpeted with them in an annual display. Keep you eyes peeled for the tiny white dragons that like to nest in them.8x10 acrylic on illustration board

Oh wow! Trilliums are one of my favorite flowers! They grow in my forest-y home of Washington too! I never thought of how their petals look like dragons wings! Very clever!

Lovely job. The dragons are well patterned with the flowers, I didn't see the cuties among them at first lol. White Trillium is one of my favourite wildflowers in the Ontarian woodlands~ along with Foamflower, Jack in the Pulpit, and Red Trillium <3
I have a lovely patch of all of those growing in my gardens that are looking great this year
