depends on which your more comfortable with. I rarely paint I mostly just do pencil and paper with a little inking for serious work. My comic stuff I do line art inking then what passes for ditigal coloring . Just think the piece would be one of those worth exploring to the end.

Wow this is a really powerful image! Not usually my kind of thing at all but it just struck me, it's really well done, the conflicting emotions within the same lines is amazing.

I clicked messages when I got to deviantart, but I immediately had to go back and investigate the thumbnail I saw of this. I really love the roughness of the lines, but how smoothly they flow.
The concept is awesome, and my main reason for looking at it was that I immediately thought of the character "Tomie" from Junji Ito's comic works. It has the raw visceral edge dripping with emotion, and it really gets to me.
