"As the second entry in a series of "Behind the Scenes" drawings, I present to you, one of the backgrounds used in my introduction video:
In the process of animation, one of the things I find to be the greatest irony is the amount of effort you have to put into the backgrounds, only for them to show up for brief seconds at a time.
In this case, it was the greater establishment shot of the world that Heronimus had entered; again, while this shot got a bit more resting time to shine, it was still rather short compared to the work put into it; But again - nature of the beast; and, incidentally, I had fun trying to figure out how the Minecraft aestethics could mix with my own art-style. There's always a silver lining."
