It seems I'm the only person thus far who's picked this up, but I love the way you amalgamated the modern with the old. At least, I hope, the relationship to Raphael's Sistine Maddona is intended (the painting of the two Cherubs). Brilliant connections; you perserve the shine of the skin tones, the half-thoughtful/half-playful expressions, and the overall pose. The light source is well chosen and aptly heavenly, although the choice of background is questionable. In any event, great job, as I'm sure you can see from the feedback you've gotten thus far

spent a long time trying to figure out if its the same person in both places, or two different people.
whichever it is, this is wonderfully done, i really like how it looks.. metallic almost the tone of it (or perhaps, i'm blind and seeing things)
i like, how you ( ) on the left, sad, despondent, and then the contrast of your sister (
) on the right - hopeful, uplifted, look so similar, and creates the effect of being the same person, simultaneously experiencing both emotions.

Wow..maybe its my current emotional state, but this photo really touches me. The soft focus and blur of the subject on the right really makes for a very wonderful feel. And the contrasts, grain, and tones are all perfect. This is one of the best photos I have seen in quite a while..just stunning...I can hardly put my love for this photo into words.
