This is Ludwig the mechanic on the airship "Sophie"(Arthur heard it called sophisticated and took great pride in that so he calls it Sophie for short)
He was working in an awkward position one day and something malfunctioned and he got a freaking huge tear in one of his ridiculous biceps so it's steel-reinforced now
