"Numerous high-profile individuals have been reported missing or killed within the last few weeks. Most of them consist of shady businessmen, corrupt politicians, and questionable gang leaders, or a mix of them in between. The police have been awfully quiet about it, as if they're either unsure of the details themselves, scared out of their heels in fear of being targeted, or are intentionally trying to cover it up themselves. No one really knows what the cause of these assassinations are, but witnesses have mentioned a "Spectre" of sorts..."

Kioshi's stealth suit has been proven successful. However, she still needs more data for more thorough results...

There is one person that may fit as a useful candidate. He doesn't seem to talk about his personal life that much, probably because he doesn't have much to begin with... He's also not the easiest to convince, perhaps a good measure or two could help...

I've been keeping this in the stash since the beginning of this year. I wanted to come back later and redo the story because of how rushed it is, but at this rate, I stopped caring. LOL
