Description
Day One
Horses and Riders arriving all day, they are allocated to stables and rooms and given schedules and merchandise.
You can ride your horses, school them, hack them- whatever you want in any arena.
There will be an opening dinner ceremony starting at 19:30 where the hosts will explain some rules etc. and people can meet.
Weather: Partly cloudy in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon, and cloudy night with some showers
Day Two
-The dressage phase of the 3DE in the morning (outdoor arena), with a fun halter class going on at the same time (large indoor arena). Small indoor arena is for open dressage warmup and schooling purposes. Hacking is allowed anywhere.
-Individual dressage class in the afternoon (outdoor arena), and a showing class in the large indoor arena.
Small indoor arena is for open dressage warmup only. Hacking is allowed anywhere.
Weather: Partly cloudy in the morning, clear warm afternoon and night.
Day Three
-Cross country phase of the 3DE in the morning. Both indoor arenas open for warm up and a sectioned off part of field with 2 cross country jumps for further warm up but only 3 allowed in this arena at one time! All arenas except the outdoor are allowed for schooling uses and hacking is allowed only on the east side of the facility, no hacking around or across cross country course! xD
-Individual show jumping in the afternoon (outdoor arena), warmup and schooling allowed in both indoor arenas and hacking allowed anywhere.
Also a working hunter event ongoing at the same time in one of the fields.
Weather: Sunny and warm with some showers in the morning, mostly sunny in the afternoon, cloudy night.
Day Four
No events this day, all facilities available for use.
Weather: Clear and warm all day and cloudy night.
Day Five
-Individual Cross Country in the morning. Both indoor arenas open for warm up and a sectioned off part of field with 2 cross country jumps for further warm up but only 3 allowed in this arena at one time! All arenas except the outdoor are allowed for schooling uses and hacking is allowed only on the east side of the facility, no hacking around or across cross country course! xD
-Show Jumping Phase of the 3DE in the afternoon (outdoor arena), indoor arenas available for warm up/schooling.
Weather: Partly Cloudy morning, mostly sunny afternoon and showers in the night.
Day Six
-Small show jumping for kids/inexperienced in the morning (large indoor arena). You can choose between 50cm verticals or xpoles. Warm up in the small indoor arena.
-Driving in the afternoon (outdoor arena and western fields). Warm up in both indoor arenas and a sectioned off field.
Weather: Rain in the morning, sunny afternoon with some veery light showers (+rainbow xD), cloudy night
Day Seven
-All facilities open for use, packing/organising to leave and some fun relaxed riding for the final day! (there's a lake for swimming guiiseee xDD)
-Award Ceremony starts at 18:00, Grand Champion/ Pony of the Year will be announced, followed by food and a ball until 1am
