Here's an even more detailed look at some of my favorite desktlets and docklet that I am currently using and modding. I think the real pleasure to be had from modding a Vista desktop to emulate the elegant Mac OS X is in using and tweaking the right widgets. This exercize focuses on AveDesk, Systats, Objectbar with the Spotlight script, and RK Launcher all of which support some great widgets that are easy to mod to your taste.
