Just a little idea sort of doodle??I don't even like lapras that much but I heard in a video that embracing lapras's ice-type would be a good idea for a mega-evolution, and they're so cute so aaa I had to.

great now give it some fucked up pokedex description like if it ever stopped moving the ice in its blood would crystallize and it would freeze to death from the inside out.
