It's strange, side-profile and 3/4 noses I can draw with some decent distinction, but the variability for front-profile noses seems to be more difficult for me to accomplish DX Still, this will work as a wonderful reference piece!

It's easy to overlook or ignore. I might be in the minority but I enjoy drawing them, especially Greek and Korean. D;

It's a funny story. My mom used to talk a lot about her father's heritage and how he had a long regal nose with a high ridge. She said supposedly those Koreans with high noses had ancestors from the mountains or northern Korea back from the three kingdoms era. Still, there are vast facial differences within any ethnicity, sometimes I see Koreans with a cute small 'island' nose, some with a high ridge 'mountain' nose. So when I try to draw someone, I want to avoid generic features, I really want to express a character's ethnic background and personality as much I can, whether it's the nose, eyes or facial structure. Β As for Ancient Greek noses.. I just think they're cool, Look at their sculptures!
