Meet One of the "Circles of Resent "Villians , Spectra Wallow.

Note: The color palettes have a Highlight and a Shade for me as reference but you can use it too! Just know the middle is the base color of the "mini towers"

Relatives: Has No family members , is an orphan but sees Divalous as a Father Figure
Children(Next gen Era): Erza (Adopted Daughter)

Story: Spectra was born and Raised in an orphanage. She was quite social and made good friends but she let all of that go once she turned 18. She was released into the world to fend for her own. They were nice to teach her what she needs to do but they didn't give her much. But Spectra was a smart girl. She didn't need anyone to help survive. For a while , she lived by a lake and build her own house from scratch. She always had interest in building and making machines. One of the things she loved the most was jellyfishes! In her lake, she had a huge family of jellyfish swimming within the lake. She even created a jellyfish Body (Seen above in ref) to interact and be with the jellyfish. They felt like her family and the ones she can go to for comfort and relax. She also has started a job selling inventions she created! She was seen as a genius worker and people praised her works. Some people suggested she worked for the Skylanders, Which she actually considered. but...something completely changed that decision.

One day, Spectra was making food for the jellyfish and heard loud noises. Alerted , she rushed out and saw a mess of her yard. She got a glimpse of the situation and noticed chompys around. before she had a chance to deal with them , A skylander appeared and fought the chompies. She was relieved off course...that was until an attack of the skylander reached her lake which affected her jellyfish. Nothing too major but the jellyfish were hurt and seemed weak. Spectra clearly upset demanded that said Skylander apologized and all they said to her was "They're just jellyfish. It's not like they feel anything." Which made her snap. She got into her jellyfish gear and attacked the Skylander. They Skylander was defeated and was ran off. Then Rumors went around about what she did. She didn't care..Her jellyfish were hurt and she protected them from the threat. But after a bit..she was a little lonely when people started to avoid her. That was until a man approached her.

The guy appeared , His hair was brown covering one eye, his are bright and dark red. He had a vest with transparent sleeves. it was Divalous(Div) , "my my, what lovely little jellyfish you have.~" Spectra was suspicious , especially since NO ONE wanted to be near her but this stranger having interest in her jellyfish made her somewhat more friendly. "I heard that a certain skylander hurt these poor things..and not even APOLOGIZE." Spectra was surprised he brought that up instead of her attacking the skylander. She explained her situation to the man and he frowned 'Ah..sweetheart, i'm sorry for that. You shouldn't be treated like that after that happened." He was right...She did nothing wrong...she only protected what she loved. Protected her family..! She knew she wasn't wrong and was soon starting to feel hateful. "How about...I help you ..? with revenge..~" This caught her attention, she perked up , she never thought of revenge ...at least not right away. But she's willing to listen to him "My name is Divalous. I was someone wronged by the Skylanders as well...How about you join me and I will give you power to get back at them! Especially since they ..well made you "Black Sheep" in a way. " She didn't even think twice. She knew she wanted revenge. She didn't care if it was morally right. She agreed to join Div and became a "Circle of Resent " member. Div, As promised, gave her the ability to contain the Water Element. He even gifted her a space where she can further her research for machines and inventions, Even adding a tank full of jellyfishes. and for once...Div actually treated her like she was something more..Almost like he was being her dad. Not that she needed it but it was a welcoming feeling. So she will do her best to be the greatest inventor and do whatever Div commands.

Facts:
- Her parents had to give her up because they were in a poor living situation , so it was hard to give her up, they did it for her own well being.
-She's so used to jellyfish,that getting electrically shocked doesn't bother her anymore. So It's near impossible to use electric moves on her but it can effect her a little depending on how strong it is
-Even as a Villain now, People still recognize her as a genius because her works are not like others. She thinks outside of the box and makes machines that are beneficial for everyone. Too bad it's for the worst now
- Out of the 7 Circles of Resent , She's the fourth strongest without her suit , but with the suit she can match the third strongest
-Div actually gives Spectra a little more attention (not a lot to make anyone else jealous ) because he can see a little of him in her, someone young who is already hated for something that wasn't their fault. Plus , She's the youngest , so he likes to spoil her
-She owns 40 Jellyfish , 20 at home and 20 at her workspace. She names them with numbers and colors. For example : Yellow 3 or Pink 12 (The Number is based on age order , with 1st being the oldest one and 40th the youngest, and color just being what color the jellyfish is )
