That's an actual ending in the game, BTW. The only difference is before that happens, Stanley ends up running around the same rooms, listening to the narrator squabble, driving him insane, till Stanley snaps...and all you see after that is Stanley lying on the ground, a woman staring down at him.

Some games have multiple endings. Only problem is some games that do that make the endings a bit too obvious to trigger.
