Description The beginning starts with me standing in a large line. I am wearing a tuxedo and my friend, Samantha Bailey, is wearing a red ballroom dress. We're waiting to be seated for some sort of prom. Here, a date is mandatory. Discovering that neither of us brought one, Samantha and I buddy up. We finally reach the front of the line; we're standing on a long stage with a seemingly endless table set there lengthwise. Standing in front of us is a long, long line of virtually identical, lanky French actors. They're wearing blue long-sleeved shirts and black dress pants. Their brown hair is buzzed, looking much like Pink's hair in The Wall. They keep putting their hands over their faces as to indicate the fact that we are all foolish simpletons. Soon we discover why - on the table we are seated at, a plate with spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, and neat circles of chicken has been placed in front of each of us. The actors demonstrate the seemingly simple way to assemble the salad: First put the oranges on the spinach leaves, and put the chicken on the remaining empty leaves. I try to do so but I seem to be having trouble. My salad suddenly becomes flooded with a light salad dressing. Finally, the actors stop pantomiming long enough to speak: "The Ax-Man is coming to remove those uncertain of themselves." I look around... not only am I the only one having trouble with my food, but there is a tall, burly man dressed like an executioner and wielding a sharp ax. Stopping right behind me, he swings the ax, which remains sticking out of my back for a few seconds. No pain!? The ax is all show. The actor in front of me kindly whispers "Would you please join the audience?" and I grab my plate and cup. "No, the cup most stay." Confused, I set it down and find an open seat in the audience. There is a glass by my seat, but it has lipstick stains. I disregard it. Shortly after I get comfortable (or at least as comfortable one can get in a folding metal chair) Samantha joins me. We decide to venture into the next room.

Here, we are standing next to a melodramatic, blonde actor. Eyes wide, shaking, and sweating, he soundlessly watches what is unfolding in front of him. Voldemort is showing off his new arsenal: He first introduces his walking tree soldiers. Standing in a neat line, they silently stand guard. Next he shows a large group of acid-spitting plants. They dissolve whatever they spray with their toxic juices. The plants fire their green acid at the innocent bystanders (excluding us... he wants his melodramatic victim to witness this). These people melt much like enemies in Epic Mickey do when they are sprayed with paint thinner. (The melodramatic actor has some blotched on his face along with Voldemort, but neither are harmed... I muse over the bad movie effects.) The trees, however, are immune to this. Deciding it is too dangerous to stay here, Samantha and I move into the hallway.

Samantha escapes, but I get trapped with the melodramatic actor when the black-and-white-checkered floor raises to meet the ceiling in front of us. The squares begin to move like faces - apparently the floor has come to life. I talk to the living floor, convincing it to break free of its self-formed prison. Listening, the floor recedes to where it once was. A lady wearing a blue dress rises out of the floor, exclaiming how great it is to be alive and free. A group of henchmen is waiting for us though, and opens fire. The lady takes the brunt of the shots - they ricochet off of her body. Apparently she is made of the floor. The henchmen leave and I move into the next room. The melodramatic actor is with me - he has a large bandage over the left side of his head. (More bad movie effects... he never got hurt.)

Sitting there is Samantha and a few other people; they are gathered around a television playing a racing video game. Samantha has me take over for her. I win at the last second. After all, I have played this before. (This game does not exist outside my dream.) However, my victory is short-lived.

I wake up.
