Tokidoki Loki… well I saw a design for one on dA, so it’s not (c) me, and her design is infinitely better, go check it out, search on dA. c: I can't remember who did it, but it's in my Favourites!
I tried to make the sceptre cute but it didn’t work. Also Loki’s eyes are the most dodgy thing ever. Just did this in five minutes… >:
