Update: It was too dark, I'm uploading a brighter photo.

This was done on the new year's eve and on the first weeks of january 2012. It is about forging the way of life I want to follow, social reactions on my own decisions on how to live my life, influences, hardships, rewards, life itself. I was highly influenced by many things, but mainly by 4chan (anonymous green guy), which is the place people would be disgusted by (as seen on this painting). It's also about my decision to study and work in Japan that many people frown upon. This painting took me about a month, and has so many symbols I would get tired to even write them here. It was supposed to be my final painting for last semester in IB art class but my teacher let me paint on vacations and this was the awesome result of time and effort instead of a rushed 1 day painting. It was my first painting with acrylics on canvas instead of paper, and I loved it! I could add so much detail, in contrast with my horrible results with oil paintings (which take too long to dry anyways and I don't have that time at school).
