She's a bat pony that works in the more snowy/mountain areas of Equestria. Mostly helps out tourists and such there.
Is pretty adventurous and likes exploring.
Is a fan of snow and the cold, and is not a fan of the heat. The finds the cold to be more relaxing.
The gas mask is to help her with breathing while in the mountains.
