Object Class: Elucid

Containment: Scp-05 is to be kept in a large, relatively dark enclosure, and to be aloud to make its webs and nest there. The walls must all be glass, so that 05 may feel comfortable and know what the personnel are doing outside of its enclosure. It also seems to like flowers and trees in its enclosure, so those may be offered, at least the flowers anyway.

05 may be aloud to leave the enclosure for short amounts of time, accompanied by no less than three (3) level two (2) personnel at all times. It seems to like being near [Redacted].

Whenever requested by the Scp, 05 is to be given food and beverages, to keep it in a calm and happy state.

It is required to ask 05’s permission before approaching or touching it, as it seems to be sensitive towards the personnel.

Appearance: Scp-05 appears to be some form of a humanoid black-widow spider. It has a full sentience and is quite intelligent.

05’s limbs are all spider legs, and it’s hands are clawed and attached to strings, which are the only things connecting its hands to its body. It can move these strings as if they were real arms however.

Scp-05 has six eyes, four of which have no pupils, and the main two having hetero-chromic pupil colors. One amber and one a turquoise blue.

It bears the common red black widow’s mark on its chest, but also has an indigo biohazard symbol, and what seems to be the radiation hazard symbol as well, which, would make perfect sense, sense 05 came about due to test 789-05-016, when exposed to Scp-[Redacted]

Extra things to note: Scp-05 seems to be quite friendly and likes having conversations with the personnel, though as previously stated, it gets scared and defensive when approached without permission, but aggressive and completely hostile when touched by personnel without permission. It seems to be fine with other scp’s however.

Scp-05 is terrified of sharp objects as well, and becomes submissive if anything sharp is pointed at it.

If anything/one 05 trusts and or is attracted to is threatened, it becomes hostile. (See test log 05-5293 for further details on this subject.)

The strangest thing about 05 seems to be the fact that it is immune to dying. It can go through seemingly anything and not perish. (See incident 05-29-173)
