I drew the borders to be based more off of what I believe to be the best possible borders for these countries. Turkey is also split completely between Iran, Armenia, and Greece. I know Ossetia doesn't look the best.
On that topic, yes Ossetia is part of Iran on this map. So is Romania to Latium, England to Germania, Brittany to Celtia, and Yugoslavia to Slavia. They're just exclaves and large territories that are further off from the majority of the countries.
