Yep! Not EVERY voice dub of an Anime is terrible! Take a look at FMA!

Ok support dubing companies , like FUNi, who DVDs have both a subtitles Japanese version and a dub on the same DVD

but unless you're in Europe you can't just by Japanese versions, thanks to DVD zoning.
