Hi there!... my second version of hell for a shortmovie I'm currently working on ...
4k resolution, Photoshop CS, After Effects for Lava FX and 3d Camera.
The animation is still a work in progress.

I think that technichally it's very well done. The details are great. However, the whole idea of a firey hell presented in this way just seems a bit cliche to me. Always with the ominous crimson clouds, always a baren wasteland, with crumbleing buildings. Plenty of movies I've seen describe hell in this way, the most recent that comes to mind is Constantine. Why can't hell be frozen? Why can't it be a jungle? Why not a reality just as real and lush as ours, but totally unstable? Why can't it be a continuum of worlds strung together by hate and sin contained within the cubex of a fifth dimention, a hate prism? The Dante's inferno of the future. Anyhow, not critiqueing the technical execution, just the idea.
