Didn't work for me. First of all I had to go to View Classic Template copy it from there and paste it anew because what you have written here is different. If I understand it correctly this means I'm going back to old bugs and stuff. I did everything following this and I got the message:
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.

i just wanted to let you know. devART links to here in the pasties thingie so i think you should explain it in your comments. the new blogger has an element called HTML/Java and it's perfectly ok to add the pasties there

well you can....but youd have limited functionality. go check it out in your pasties thing. there you can see what you can do with it. like what kind of stuff it shows. the process of implementing it is the same for subscribers and non subsribers.

No can do. That HTML is no where to be found in my template. I don't have to great a grasp of HTML but I even went as far as to copy paste my template into a word doc and serach for parts of the HTML that's used to put in the pastie. Can I send you a note with my template and see if you spot it?

paste it to pastebin.com and send me the link. choose it to be html syntax highlighting thats the best way.

thanks for the tutorial. i actually got a pastie to work on myspace, but it left so much code showing it looked bad so i took it off, it is possible but it has a lot of glitches.

ah sweet. well myspace most myspace pages look reallly ugly anyways. except for the people that can code a bit of css and try to make it look good. so i guess with most people though it woulnt bother to much
