was messing around with the scar files and found one that's not in the vanilla scars for the player.
it's only meant for one side of the face, but because I thought it was something different I mirrored it a bit to the other side.
Im guessing this is either for a main npc or it's cut content, the file itself reminded me of the ghouls from fallout.
