I really like the coloring and background on this UvU the shading is so neat <3 And that water looks so amazing! ;A;
In the bottom of the picture, have you tried to make the perspective where you see part of the picture from underwater? Because in that case it works pretty well, however, the water surface seems to be a bit too high up, like it's not equal with the rest of the water - I hope you understand what I mean UvU

However, you are technically not seeing this from bellow the surface. (as that would collide with the perspective used on the dragon)
What is the blurred foreground would be above the waterfall that pours into the lake/puddlething the dragon is standing in.
