Well guys, truth is, I thought i had less than 10 hours to get this done and speed through it Thank you for being a tard and forcing me to submit this early!

NINJA CACTURNE RAYE, READY FOR BATTLE! She slinks through the trees and blends in with the forest. If Cacturne can survive in a desert, they'll thrive in an oasis like this battlefield.

TYPE:
ABILITY: Sand Veil
ATTACKS:
Needle Arm - Needles grow out on either her arms or her legs, used to punch a person However, no matter how sharp those needles are, they seem incapable of impaling anyone. Something Raye blames on They still pack a strong punch though
Pin Missile - Needles grow on either her arms or legs, only to shoot out at a target. Able to pin someone down but unable to impale again. Needles can grow back
Drain Punch - Raye punches her target and drains out their energy
Sucker Punch - A cheap shot used to hit her opponent before they attack

Trival~:
The hat on Raye's head is just a hat that sticks on very well
I'm treating the 'buttons' on Raye's shirt as needles, just because Raye loves sharp things at this point
Actually, the hat, shirt buttons and shoe spikes serves no purpose, but Raye can still throw her hat at you and block all vision so she can kick you in the stomach! SUCKER PUNCH!
The long needles on the arms and legs are like so because it's easier for me to draw them out, but you can draw those spikes however you like
