The final scene. ("Is this the promised end?") Everyone is dead except for Edgar (kneeling over Lear and Cordelia), Albany (in the military coat) and Kent (on the left). Kent is planning to kill himself, following his beloved King and master to the very end. ("I have a journey, sir... shortly to go. My master calls me... I cannot say no.)

At this point I was just standing backstage, openly weeping, as was everyone else backstage and in the audience. This production was spectacular.
