You don't need flash. If you have Photoshop Elements you can animate in it. ;3

but i dont have Photoshop either. i dont have enough room on my computer. i only have gimp. and that is pretty hard to use for animations.

Ok I tried now several free 2D animation programs and I totally recommend Vectorian Giotto. It's great You can do almost anything like in flash

To download the SWF file just klick the downloadbutton. After that a new site will open. Then go to save page (on Firefox) it will save the SWF file.
