Description My speciality and occupation is numismatic photography. Which is great and I enjoy it but it doesn't really appeal to much people beyond the numismatic world. My Canon 20D remains in my office but I had a chance to take it home before going to a convention… unfortunately something happened to the camera after this and I'm to embarrassed to say what. But before the unpleasantness I managed to take a few shots at home. This is a flower in front of our house in Irvine, California (it's not my house, I share it with 4 other guys).

The camera has an awesome 100mm Telephoto Macro lens which allows for some stellar closeups. The Canon 20D's image quality is amazing, much more so than the Rebel as far as I'm concerned.

At any rate I managed to capture a moth suckling at a flower. I like that there's a leaf partially obscuring the leaf, that coupled with the shallow depth of field makes it seems like we're voyeurs into this tiny world that's in actuality a very big world to this little creature.
