I really love his hair and expression and the way the linework is done~ c: The huge variety in the line weight is wonderful.
Most of what looks off is with the lower parts of the torso and the arm. It looks a bit like you may have been trying that sort of 'zoom' effect close up on face and the rest of the body sort of does a bird-eye zoom out thing. (I'm probably not explaining it well but I don't know if it has an actual name) The way it's done makes his far arm look too long, it looks like his elbow is much lower than it is on the other arm. If I had more time at the moment I could probably explain it better.

One way to help with putting drawings like this into perspective is to draw a box with lines down  and across the middle and put the character inside it. It's easier to put boxes and things like that into perspective so then you just put the character within it into perspective as well. c;
