So one thing about Novan i havent elaborated much on is that he does actualy have a species hes part of, the omni. Well if you can count 8 people as a species. But here they all are with our beloved cosmic jester in the upper right.

The Omni all form a council in which they discuss various happenings around the cosmos and whether or not they would be worthy of their intervention. These sessions usualy look very much like in the picture. all of them surrounding a platform for the petitioner, while remaining in absolute darkness aside from their glowing eyes and some energy that casualy flickers about. Which is to be very dramatic and most certainly isnt an excuse for me not to design 7 other abstract characters.

in this pictures case we got s Redeye asking for help with restoring the Vycan race in a very much less angery way. He isnt pleased about having to do that but it seems he had ran into a dead end. Will they decide to help? or just let things go the way they have? only time will tell.
