Just another adoptable I made~ This is OTA, or offer to adopt. It is not first come first serve.I saw something that resembles the skirt except with ruffles in RL, and I fell in love with it, so I applied it to her skirt here. All of her poorness is made out of clouds, maybe even her ponytails!
Also, her ribbons on her shoes are adjustable to face either way, depending on if she need to click her heels together
