Humanized Bionicle headcanon-the Toa Mahri all have eyes with dark/blue/sea-colored "whites". This was part of the reason why Defilak too so long to warm up to them, because it's creepy as all-get-out. Also, they have wetsuits under their armor with gill slits-Jaller, Hahli, and Matoro have black gill slits, and Kongu, Nuparu, and Hewkii have white ones.

This was also an experiment in different art techniques-the light source was at a slightly different angle, more of his face was in shadows, and I did the shading with all cool colors instead of darker versions of the same color to try to establish a more "underwater" feel. I think the yellow and orange still turned out too bright.

Any thoughts on what color his heartstone should be? I'm currently thinking either white, purple, gold, or dark blue.
