Description A scrappy little work, indeed. (the quality of the scan is very low)

This is the unfinished lineart for a deviation that will hopefully come within this century, the subject of which is my very own Rhase. Rhase isn't human, but even so I think his humanoid form needs a little work- he is supposed to be unnaturally thin, but somehow his face and body don't work together. The one thing I do love, though, is his mane. I think I've finally found a nice way to weave it into his human form. If you look at his braid, you will notice that the roots of his hair continue along his neck for an inhuman distance. A subtle touch that I was happy with.

As for the rest of his body- although his tattoos need refining, I'm pretty certain that they will remain in the locations shown. The splotches on his chest are iridescent scales.

As for the background- as of yet it is scribbles. I hope to create that joyous little illusion of clutter, or for a better term 'organized chaos'. Rhase is a thinker, but what else could you be after living for thousands of years? He's a bit of a collector, but what he collects only he knows. I hope that by having many little things to play with when it comes time to color I won't be bored into throwing this aside to work on something else.

mmmmyep.
