I spent the whole day on it and, still, there are perspective and proportion problems in this sprite. To make matters worse, there is only one artwork with this kind of Ride Chaser available and the sprite doesn't seem to be exactly like the picture says it should. Anyway, it is at least usable. If I get more skilled in the future, this should be revamped to a more consistent sprite.
