I've used paint shop pro 6 and 7 for all of my walls (check out anti-winter), and from my perspective although there are some nice ideas contained within this, it is not as good as it could be. In my opimion the lightening texture and colour filters are too obvious, and there is not enough to it to be a good wallpaper. Nice work however, and a good idea that could be brought much further. Keep it up.

Nicely done- except for the globe.
The lighting of the globe and mountaintop do not match very well- the globe looks more pasted on than actually being there.
The lightning effects are well done except for that one thicker strand leaping from the globe to the right- it looks very unnatural and angular.
