Another tutorial for The GIMP. If I'm putting these under the wrong category, will somebody please let me know? I'd rather have it under here than pixel art, but.. oh well..Please comment, and maybe try it?

Tried it out when I wasn't really awake, but it was pretty good explained. After taking a nap I'll try it a little bit more intensive, maybe it'll be something for my new web-design

I already know the general technique of blurring to give a glow, but the 3 lines in the top of your tutorial gave me an idea for a work, so thanks!

I ahve no idea how to use the gimp.
i was determined to try it, but i coudnt.
I want them glowin lines though.
