From my series: Man in the WaterThe water levels were high and the current was strong, the spring flooding in Muskoka earlier this year caused havoc to boathouses and homes along the Muskoka River. Just a few hundred meters down river from Bracebridge falls you can see in this photo that the water had risen significantly and was covering the bottom of this staircase and also destroyed the half submerged dock. The water levels have since returned to normal and now the property owners are dealing with the aftermath.
