Created in Photoshop from scratch. Almost entirely painted, with a tiny amount of refs poking through. America's New World Order is now fully underway, and 'multi-birthing' is now a criminal offense. Across America large numbers of people have not co-operated with the law. They have taken to living in hidden strongholds, away from the authorities. They raise their own families illegally, and in great numbers. Furthermore, none of these families intends to be microchipped, threatening the nations stability. Now the authorities have decided to rid the country of these Anti-American parasites. The extermination of these nests has begun. New World Order is final. Obey, or face the consequences.

However it is true the population is too big. for one theres more people than jobs. Africa and Japan are big examples of what happens to there space and food supply. So then its all the matter of what is going to balance it. nature or government. and nature can be rather brutal.

Actually, if you're gonna institute a zero population growth policy, it seems fair to allow couples who choose NOT to have kids to sell off their birthright.... sorta like some of the carbon tax proposals.
