I made my first version of this last year. I wanted to adapt Storm of the X-Men's first uniform into the MCU with digital concept art. I revisited it this week just for fun. I wanted it to appear more lifelike and realistic.

Though they look very interesting in comic form certain aspects of her look adapted directly from comic to film look unreal when adapting for real life. So, I took some of the volume in her hair away (though it is comic accurate) and added more weight gravity and movement. This, unfortunately made me lose some of her uniform which I did like but it adds to the atmosphere. I also made her go from a metropolitan city to the desert in this version which makes it appear more mystical and witch-like.

Upon inspection after the revamp I think I was inspired by Madonna and her "Frozen" video (my favorite visual from her ever!) I wanted a overall more ominous, supernatural and kind of scary feel vs. super heroic.

Also, I cast the beautiful Wakeema Hollis as Storm. My personal favourite for the role.
