Ivan vanished into obscurity sometime after INTERPOL forces were closing in on his last known operation. Years later he resurfaced as Mad Dog payed him 100 billion dollars to overthrow Citiesville and terminate Super Cat. Provided with a warsuit and battlesuits for his soldiers, Ivan became General Iron and lead his armoured army to destroy the feline freedom fighter.
