Description
Virginia Railway Express Manassas to Clifton with MPI MP36PH-3C V53, & V54 as power comes back towards the VRE Manassas station with passengers from the 3pm Excursion to Clifton and back. It stopped at the station before heading back towards it's Yard just past the Broad Run VRE Station to the west of here. Since this was not an scheduled train it was called by NS as NS 959, and VRE 310 as it gotten into it's yard.
