Description
Not for the faint hearted . The Leopard jumped from a tree onto the Impala just as we were approaching it. By the time my driver got to it, it was all ready wrestling it to the ground. Here you can see the leopard holding the impala's mouth closed whilst suffocating it with it's claw. I stayed with ti another 3 hours and then the following morning getting as close as 2m from it.Personally I don't think it is of an adult nature as it is a life cycle but I'm sure someone will report itΒ

Well, although I normally don't fave stuff like this...This shot is done is good taste, no blood, gore; but showing nature in the raw; survival. And yes, it's bluntly ugly at times.

thank you but I don't think ugly is the word. Nature except for humans has a perfect balance of survival Β in the word. It's only us who turn it ugly in my opinion

Well, there's no blood and the impala's expression is rather peaceful, so I wouldn't consider it gore or unsettling. Amazing photo too!
