UPDATED- Darkened letter color so as not to be so bright for LCD monitor users (I still think they need to calibrate them, default red (Red 255, Green 000, Blue 000) shouldn't be so bright or "dangerous" to the eyes.)

I've worked a lot of hours on this lesson but I know it wasn't a waste of time, I do like to share talents with others and make their lives a bit easier

Figured that already, since I saw you quote your renders as Poser renders
I think for Poser, to get the good occlusion is IBL lights. I have Poser, but that's a department I didn't bother learning, never use it for a full render, just use it on my job (for matching comparision) of making DS mats for vendors.
