A picture of a cake before I baked it and sliced it. I really wish I had kept it as a cake, the dlices just didn't turn out very well. I think I baked it too long before cutting it because the cake started to chip and flakeoff as a was cutting it and it was cooling.Any tips for making perfect cake slices? I am going to try to do a cake without TLS so I can cut it after putting it in the freezer for a while. But I know that's not the best way to do it because I still get drag in the layers when cutting unless I bake first. So... how much time per 1/4" for being able to neatly cut a little cake or cane?
