Pinot Noir - inspired by my recent art trip to France. While there we visited the Domaine Besson vineyard near Givry, Burgundy. They grow amazing Pinot Noir grapes there, and I thought I'd paint this piece in honour of their tasty wines. The spirit of the vine is shown as the Green Man (leafy guy) in this painting, and a beautiful, slightly tipsy fairy.
