Amethyst raised an eyebrow at her friend, the statement came as a shock and she did a poor job hiding that in her voice, "Wait, Eventide, you're the daughter of two of the most renowned unicorn wizards in all of Equestria, what do you mean you don't know how to use your magic?"

Eventide offered a half hearted smile shrugging her shoulders, "Well, when both your moms aren't just both powerful unicorns, but ALSO tried to destroy Equestria with their quest for more power...you tend to you know Amy, avoid the subject."

The blue mares face fell and she frowned.

Eventide threw her arms up, "OK FINE!" pouting she crosses her hooves, "I was lazy and dropped out of magic school alright? I don't want to be a wizard."

"Then what do you want to do?"

The orange mare looked down at her hooves, "I don't know...ok? Just, I don't want to disappoint my moms."

Amethyst pulled her into a friendly hug, "Hey, I doubt you'll do that Evie, we'll figure it out together!" she turned stern at the end, "But you need to learn magic, you're not getting out of that."
