She seems to be just an average jester, who then is revealed to use her acrobatics and general dexterity for theft as well as entertaining. And then gravoity starts to selectively effect her, and pockets were never support to hold that much o.o
The blue is the Jester Chick, and the red is just some random girl. The hair under the Jester's hat is all tiny braids, while her bangs are loose and kinda like the bangs of the girl done in red.
