_I call him creepy-man, for lack of a better name at the moment_
The girl is a work in progress, I need to redo her, the rest isn't to crisp, but I kinda like it a bit messy in an odd-way
-This a a story (in pictures) of a man seek to the world as a monster, he wears fancy clothes and a coat with tails (which he has altered so his two long black tails some out to make them look like super long coattails) and x-ray pants which have his animal-like legs hidden underneath. he has no real eyes though it kinda looks like there could be, he sees with small and heat vision.
-He comes out mainly at Halloween in this outfit because he is less hated them, seen by locals as a myth/attraction and made of for fun. parents don't trust him at all, just because of his looks, and he knows it, but in-all he is actually quite kind and fun, almost Halloween spirit if He could get past people hating and being scared of him.
-The little girl is that strange wondering off kid who stumbled upon him moping/being all sullen and is no afraid, just cautious and curious. She ends up seeing him for who he is, not what he looks like, I think they'll become good friends.
-Also: Creepyman ages a bit slower than the average human (or whatever he is !)
