I really like the faint orange glow on Jaxx's fur, and the subtle lights within this piece. I don't think it's too dark at all, it gives a misty, midnight-like feel. Melancholic, slight depression, but not enough to bum out the viewer, which is something people can't work very well, so great job m'lady :3

So still. The title is perfect. It gave me a nudge in the right direction in terms of interpretation as I sat here and absorbed the scene. The thoughtfulness is palpable here, as she sits silently in the mist. Maybe she's in deep contemplation or maybe she's drifting off to sleep, but the context demands something of mystery. I think the beauty of the composition is you can carefully climb inside it and sit there with her, wings outstretched, head bowed, and feel the stillness.

It's still pretty dark on my monitor. Has more a twight more look really. Monitors are such tricky creatures.

Wow! This is a very nice work. The fur and the lighting is wonderful, and the wings are very nice. ^^
Just wondering though, since some of the areas (especially in the background) are kind of pixellated... Wouldn't you be able to save it as a .png file type? JPEG tends to kill things like this a lot, whereas PNG doesn't.. Just wondering.
