Description
Perry the Platypus, pretending to be a bear so he can scare Vanessa Doofenshmirtz. Dr. Doofenshmirtz has convinced Perry to help him be overprotective of Vanessa. Needless to say, Vanessa is not amused.This is taken from the Phineas and Ferb episode "Skiddley Whiffers", and was done per user request.
